I had assumed the flowers would be delivered by a florist (I live in a large city). I found out it was delivered via UPS which seemed very unpersonal. I wouldn't have paid the fees for shipping and would have used the floral store itself. I believe that was a large part of the gift and my girlfriend didn't get to experience that. Just a large cardboard box.

I thought the package was cheaply made. Online, its a vase and flowers... great right? WRONG. They come in a box as 2 seperate items indicating to the person you're sending them to, to take them out, cut the stems and place them in the vase - what? Would surely be nice if this were pointed out rather than the suggestive image of the blooming flowers being delivered. Instead, she gets a box with their brand name plastered all over it (and on most the items actually) in a difficult to open box - and sorted items for self assembly. I actually looked at a local shop after and found similar prices for already made packages. I've shopped with this company before and it was completely different. I just...

This was my 1st order with you. The ordering process took way too long. The vase that was shipped with my order was too small. I was expecting it to be delivered by a florist in the area instead of FedEx, which really took away from having a dozen roses sent to someone. When that someone has to open a box and set up their own arrangement it takes away from the romance intended when ordering roses for someone

I am uncertain why my order was delivered a day early. I note the order was picked up in
Memphis
,
TN-
I assume that is a distribution center as I thought they came "direct" from the growers.

I am highly disappointed that the flowers were in a box and not delivered by a florist. All other orders I've made online the order has been transferred to a local florist and then they HAND delivered the order, already arranged! For the price of the flowers they should at least be arranged and you'd think for a $10.00 delivery charge that a person would deliver these to the reciepient, not the mail room!

The product was fine, however the delivery personnel left the package unattended at the front door of a multi family residence. If an upstairs neighbor had not coincidentally went out about an hour after the tracked delivery time the package would have undoubtedly disappeared. I am VERY dissatisfied about that. I paid $10 for delivery and at best I received shoddy service.

The flowers were left on the porch. The tracking info said that was what I authorized, but I don't remember checking any box that said that. I would have preferred that they had been signed for.
